CreaTec offers custom designed water cooling systems for evaporators and MBE systems. CreaTec‘s water cooling systems are individually adapted to the effusion cell type and the requirements of the customer‘s MBE system.
Options:
- Closed cooling shroud (mounted directly to the flange)
- Open cooling shroud (stands free, only the tubes are connected to the flange)
- Flow controller
