Near Ambient Temperature Effusion Cell NATC
The CreaTec near ambient temperature effusion cell with its unique design is mainly used to evaporate organic materials in the temperature range between -50°C and 300°C. A precise temperature regulation of the effusion cell allows very accurate beam flux control. The fuzzy logic control ensures that the adjusted temperature level does not exceed the setpoint which is essential for some organic materials.
