Low Temperature Effusion Cell LTC
The low temperature effusion cell is specially designed to evaporate materials with a high vapour pressure such as arsenic, antimony, selenium, zink, etc. The evaporation temperature for these elements is below 800°C. In addition crucibles with large capacity allow maximum uptime. Highest stability of the molecular beam flux is achieved by a special design of the heating system.
