High Temperature Effusion Cell HTC
This type of effusion cell is designed to evaporate materials with low vapour pressure at temperatures up to 2000°C. A self-supported tungsten filament is used for the heating system. The hot area of the effusion cell is made entirely of tantalum and tungsten.
