Dual Filament Effusion Cell DFC
This effision cell is specially designed for the evaporation of gallium, indium, copper etc. An additional heating unit with a separate thermocouple is installed in the orifice area of the crucible to prevent material condensation. This allows the adjustment of a different orifice temperature independent from the main temperature of the effusion cell.
