Cracker Effusion Cell CRC
Aresenic, sulfur, antimony and selenium are typically evaporated as molecules when using a standard low temperature effusion cell. To improve the quality of the epilayers it might be suitable to crack these molecules. A special heating system is attached to the top of the LTC for temperatures much higher than the evaporation temperature. Special insulation parts are used to minimize crosstalk between the two heating systems.
