Cold Lip Effusion Cell CLC
The cold lip effusion cell is designed to evaporate materials like aluminium which tend to creep out of the crucible due to wetting of the PBN surface. The cold orifice results in a long lifetime of the cell and a low defect concentration in the epitaxial layers.
