RHEED Screen
The RHEED Screen holder is designed for fast and easy mounting and exchange of RHEED screen plates. The special shape of the screen holder offers the possibility to fix a screen for your RHEED system on a UHV window without any further modifications. The design of the stainless steel fixing clamps also guarantees a reliable electrical and mechanical connection to the system ground even at strong vibrations.

Deflection and Control Unit
For the operation of the HP-4 RHEED gun the according deflection and the control units are neccessary. Both electronics are housed in 19 inch rack units.
