MBE control system EMERALT
EMERALT is a PC-based process control system especially designed for MBE facilities. It features a powerful, but simple programming language combined with outstanding connectivity to control and monitor almost any device on the market. EMERALT is especially suitable for retrofitting heterogeneous systems and can be easily adapted to any future changes by the user.
